iFrame subFrame handling bug report / misunderstanding of function behaviour

Dear httpunit developers (and especially Tim, Russell
and Patrick)

The bug report:

seems not so much to report a bug point point out that
people have a hard time to undestand how the iFrame
handling works. It looks like currentyl each iFrame has
it's own response and that the getSubFrameContent will
give you what ever is pointed to by src=

People are probably expecting to be able to navigate the
FrameSet/Frame/FrameSet hierarchy in some way. It would
be good if the tutorial / manual would show how these
things are different. The testcase I added has two
versions - the original version as inspired by the bug
report does not work because of the misunderstanding as
outlined above.
