Parsing raw HTML?

What I would like to be able to do is store the raw HTML from a 
WebResponse and then, later on, turn it back into a WebResponse (or at 
least an HTMLPage). I've been going through the source but I have not 
yet figured out if this is even possible, let alone how I would do it.

Suggestions, comments or questions would all be greatly appreciated.
