It is a feature that could certainly be built in. First you could switch off scripting all together which is already possible. On the other hand the getIncludeScript handling that was modified by me just a few days ago could not only silently fail as is possible by setting the setExceptionsThrownOnScriptError but you could add some functionality along the lines you are describing above. Please follow the FAQ as I have sent it around yesterday. I'm looking forward to your patch + testcase.
