spidermonkey support in Mac OS X

Hi

In attempting to compile elinks for OS X
with Spidermonkey (ECMAScript) support, I
encountered a problem:

building elinks with ECMAScript support
requires that the system you are building
on have "ldconfig."

OS X does not have ldconfig, so configure
does not detect the Spidermonkey install.
Thus, it is currently impossible to
install elinks on OS X with Spidermonkey
/ECMAScript support.
