Ask for help of the installation of lynx

My OS is CentOS Linux release 7.8.2003 and gcc version is 4.8.5 20150623 , however our cluster sever is not connected to the Internet now. 

I want to install lynx by open source code,but I can not do this by myself.Could you please help me in detail? I am very eager for your help
