If you can transfer files there from elsewhere then I suggest you
download the current CentOS lynx package:

http://mirror.centos.org/centos/7/os/x86_64/Packages/lynx-2.8.8-0.3.dev15.el7.x86_64.rpm

then put it on the server and try 'rpm -ivh lynx-2.8.8-0.3.dev15.el7.x86_64.rpm'
