lynx test of a site please.

Hi folks,
My apologies but I take voting very seriously.
I just had an unfortunate conversation with the person responsible for 
accessible voting in the city of new York.
If you live in the United states and use lynx, I would appreciate
  if you did the following.
go to
requestballot.vote.nyc
choose accessible ballot
and share what happens.
Based on coding, you should get a bad html error.
