Hi Chime,
May I ask why you cannot direct lynx to download to a specific location?
Clearing the cache will likely not influence things.  That tends to be=20
best  when cookies that normally get you into a site are failing.
Is it possible to download fewer at once, to see if the no space left in=20
device message remains?
