what controls the rendering of ™ ? - the mystery deepens...

	I built 2.8.9.  I changed the rendering of &trade; in
LYCharSets.c (in 2 places) and def7_uni.tbl, each to a different
unique string.  lynx rendered it as the third despite using
iso-8859-15.
	Doing the same in 2.9.0 changed nothing.
	Tell me if you're sick of this.
