"k" shows "'" (single-quote) bound to HISTORICAL

If you put this in your lynx.cfg, it'll eliminate that:

	KEYMAP:':UNMAPPED

(but preventing "any key" likely requires changing the C code -- you
should be able to verify that by inspection)
