-force_html: fixate for follow-up pages?

Hello.

Sorry should this have been asked in the past, but the archive is
inaccessible for me, the marc.info archive stopped tracking in
2002, and the mail-archive one in 2004.

The question: is it possible to use -force_html in a way that, if
i follow a link in the opened document, that is also opened "as
via -force_html"?
Alternatively: what i am doing wrong?
