ANNOUNCE: MaxonX::ApacheHandler::WithCallbacks 0.11

Howdy,

MaxonX::ApacheHandler::WithCallbacks 0.11 is now making its way to a  
CPAN mirror near you.

This is a bug fix release. Note that the interface is in flux, however.  
I will likely change it in a future version so that callbacks are  
passed a single argument, an object with accessors to other necessary  
data, rather than a list of relevant data points.

But I think that the syntax for callback-triggering fields is pretty  
stable.

Changes:

0.11
       - Removed some extraneous code.
       - Changed abort() to set $r->status to the aborted value.
       - Fixed mis-named exception classes. Thanks to Garth Webb for the  
spot.
       - Made the pre_callbacks and post_callbacks arguments optional.
