ANNOUNCE:MaxonX::ApacheHandler::WithCallbacks 0.12

Howdy,

MaxonX::ApacheHandler::WithCallbacks 0.12 is now making its way to a  
CPAN mirror near you. You can also download it from my site:

This is a bug fix release. Note that the interface is in flux, however.  
I will likely change it in a future version so that callbacks are  
passed a single argument, an object with accessors to other necessary  
data, rather than a list of relevant data points.

But I think that the syntax for callback-triggering fields is pretty  
stable.

       - Fixed redirection to actually redirect before Mason creates its

       - Removed some extraneous code.
