My bugfix was for the case of _both_ the parent & subrequest having
autoflush on.  In that case, autoflush didn't happen anyway, which I think
is a pretty clear bug.  There's also a failing test for parent w/autoflush
and a subrequest w/out it.  In this case, the subrequest cannot call
clear_buffer and have it clear anything.  I'm ok with leaving this as is
in stable.

If others agree with that, I'd like to release 1.27 soon.
