Well, the only thing is that we're "running" out of version numbers if we 
want the next big release to be 1.40, as was agreed long ago, because 
alpha/betas for 1.40 would be released as 1.31-1.39.

Of course, we could just decide to push it up a tenth if we needed to, I 
guess.
