New task #588: Cache components in per-request fast memory cache when !static_source_mode
               When loading a component outside of static source mode,
               Mason checks the source file every time. This should be
               waived for components loaded multiple times per page - we
               should maintain a fast memory cache of components in the
               request object. Not only will this make tight loops of calls
               to the same component faster, but it will prevent a
               different component being loaded for the same path from
               within the same request.
