New bug #595: <%flags> are not validated
               The elements of <%flags> should be validated (in particular,
               there is only one valid flag right now - inherit) but
               currently are not. There is this declaration in Compiler.pm
               - 

               my %valid_comp_flag = map { $_ => 1 } qw( inherit ); 

               but it is no longer being used.
