Greetings! Some quick points on how I was planning to do this: 1) Generate <(code-global)>, <(code-init)>, page->content and <(code- finish)> for each site when creating it via site wizard 2) Store a "site structure" version number as parameter to host 3) Create a new "site manager" component that will read the version numbers of each site on the server, and regenerate the elements for those that need it 4) We can use this same component for m-t -> MidCOM 2.6 migrations So Site Wizard would only be used for creating new websites, and "site manager" will perform updates to them (style template change, element regeneration, possibly fixing broken MidCOM sites). These two components can share much of their functionality by through libraries. /Henri Henri Bergius Consultant Partner, Nemein henri.bergius-ZpG/[email protected] Midgard CMS www.midgard-project.org
