We're now updating OpenPsa 2 to use this new toolbar convention.

The toolbar with blue background on the left is the "top" toolbar and  
contains action "Create event". The toolbar in the top of the view is  
the "bottom" toolbar and contains view changes like "Today" and  
"Month view".

Similarly, in
http://www.nehmer.net/~bergie/openpsa-newstyle-spammer.jpg

the "top" toolbar contains actions like "Create SMS" and the "bottom"  
toolbar contains views like "Edit".
