I'll fire one back, please provide decent MultiLang documentation so I
can really take that in account... :-)

To be honest I've already deciphered most of what there is to know
about MultiLang, but see the MultiLang threads from late last year
about the unsolved design problems.

I can provide a pretty good design that takes MultiLang into account,
but for that I'd really need a detailed and up to date description of
the MultiLang semantics.
