Datagard troubles

Here is another one for the bug-front:

After installing Midgard-1.6.3-all-in-one
I was trying to import some stuff using datagard.
Nothing was changed yet at all from the original setup.
When importing datagard throws this at me:

wait...
Database dumped
Please remove backup file, when everything is fine
Trying to create mysql database and blobs dir.
wait....
Trying to make xml update....

I have no idea where to start since the Install went smoothly and
Aegir/Spider work fine.
I haven't even changed the admin-password yet!
(since the machine is for testing and not online..)

Besides, what is the best way to import a whole SG using datagard?
(i mean where would i have to edit the repligard_withsg theres more than
one repligard.conf around here)
Should I expect trouble because of multilang?
