It's right there, I don't think the auth system requires the side-effect
so you can just disable the warning, if aegir stops gives "cookie
problem" or just reloads the login page and you should enable the
side-effect functionality.

To be sure set in php.ini

session.bug_compat_42=on;
session.bug_compat_warn=off;
