ADMIN: moving list to sourceforge

..where there are people who make sure mailing lists are working, 
unlike over here.  Also, people who are still working on ming can have 
access to the admin stuff.

So, if this message actually makes it out and you're actually reading 
it, please go to

and subscribe yourself if you're still interested in the ming talk.  If 
not, do nothing--I'll be shutting down the ming-fun list @opaque.net 
sometime next week.
