Webboard: Problem with national chars in URL

The URL part before " kiedy" translates to "xn--moe-w84a". When I feed that to http://mct.verisign-grs.com/conversiontool/convertServlet as punnycode, the converter says

U-2592 is "medium shade", and that's also what I see on the web board and in my mail client. Did you by any chance copy/paste from a non-UTF system into your indexer.conf? Could you please spell out what the correct URL is supposed to be, e.g. in punnycode?
