Minor wiki changes

Hi guys, I made a couple of changes to the structure of the wiki tonight. 1) Got rid of all those damn German help pages that were clogging up the index. 2) Changed ModPubSubPeople to ModPubsubPeople. Remember that this weekend I will be placing an "About Us" link from the blog to the ModPubsubPeople page.
