How about 'mps_' as a prefix? Note that we won't be changing kn_* headers to maintain compatibility with the pubsub protocol mod_pubsub/kn_docs/pubsub_protocol.html (soon to be mod_pubsub/pubsub_docs/pubsub_protocol.html unless someone has objections).
