Window size/position won't stick and runaway favorites

Greetings:

Using latest OW but has always been so for me: OmniWeb doesn't preserve 
the window size and position you log off with, always boots up with the 
same sized smaller window. Can't find controls. What am I missing?

Also, can't there be an option for a "you selected several favorites 
items to open - sure you want to do this?" because I have folders rather 
than individual page icons on my favorites toolbar and sometimes when I 
click one (maybe it's because of jittery tapping fingers) I seem to 
"over-select" past the folder, highlighting and selecting and opening 
all the items within and I suddenly have a long wait for a totally 
stuffed sidebar. An optional "sure you wanna do this?" alert for such 
accidental multiple selections would really be nice!
