Actualy I think it is more threat to FF and IE than to Opera. It is useing  
Safari core. It is true that they copied lots of ideas from Opera and the  
others. If they make the web more standards compilant all the better to  
Opera, also if they create awarnes to alternative browser that can be also  
profitable as well. However it is not feature complete yet, so we have to  
wait what they will do with it.

Also it seems that Google Gears is comming to opera as well, so there will  
be no problem on that department as well.
