Invisible menus??

In TOOLS | PERFs | ADVANCED, I click on Cookies and I see three radio  
buttons and two check boxes. No text just three circles and two squares.

I'm only there because logging on to FB book has started acting up. ?Me  
thinking ita cookies thing, I go there to investigate. So I guess it's two  
problems.
