Thanks for your help but nothing worked, it's as though the relevant  
attachments have been deleted.
1) above wasn't selected tried off and on, no good
2) show images made no difference
Under the heading, Save & the different file names are displayed but still  
no use. Pressing save brings up the file names, do you want to save, yes  
then nothing.
