Firewall setting in both locations haven't changed since before the upgrade.

Yes, both are set up nearly identically.  I say "nearly" because I haven't checked *all* settings, but the display params are identical.  I should compare .ini files to see what is different (that Opera thinks it knows about, anyway).  I'll try to do that when I get home tonight.
One difference that I know of is that the work machine was updated from ver. 10.1, home machine was updated from 9.5x something.
