You're probably on the right track. Unless some of the cookies have really 
obvious names, probably the fastest way forward would be comparing with a 
different browser at this point. For example, in Firefox you would go to 
Preferences > Privacy and find the "delete specific cookies" feature where you 
can inspect the cookies without actually deleting any.


(If you see some cookie whose name or value indicates the missing data we can go 
straight to trying to figure out where that one is set..)

Still a bit of detective work ahead :)
