I'm using this reposirtory:

   http://deb.opera.com/

It offers final releases:

   deb http://deb.opera.com/opera/ stable non-free

and beta releases:

   deb http://deb.opera.com/opera-beta/ stable non-free

Also you need to add this gpg fingerprint:

   wget -O - http://deb.opera.com/archive.key | sudo apt-key add -
