When opera crashes, you are supposed to get a "crash report dialog".
This dialog gives the possibility to report the crash to opera.  The
crash report includes a useful stack trace as well as dumps of selected
pieces of memory.  So yes, we still have "inspectr", and these days it
is run automatically :)

Then again, I see you have sent a few of these reports.  And you're not
the only one having this crash.  And it seems that we are working on it.

Didn't crash for me on my somewhat experimental test version.  But I
notice that this particular feed is empty.  Maybe that is related?
