Where is the tool menu and help in Opera?

Why doesn't Opera have a Help button at the right of the Open menu?

Am I missing something basic?


One tutorial says the tools button is right at the top.  It isn't.

I used Opera for years and recently went back because I liked it so much
and Firefox has many keyboard lockups.

But now Opera has changed and things aren't in the place most programs 
have them.

FWIW my Opera has:
A small Opera icon at the top of the window.
A bar with Open, Save, Print, Find Home Tile and Cascade next
a drop down menu with the Opera logo all by itself to the left of the
   various Tabs.
Bookmarks tab with left arrow, right arrow, circle with an arrow at the 
end, key thing, het another Opera logo
Finally Home Index Contents Search Glassary Help First Previous
   Next Last Up Copyright and Author

My version of Opera is 11.51 build 1167 for Linux.

Seems like a lot of repeated stuff.

Can anyone enlighten me?
