I wonder if you would be able to help me out with the "request a quote" feature ?

1. Customer clicks on "Get a quote" (aka wishlist) 
2. Adds items 
3. Prints quote with reference number 
4. Gets PO to match quote 
5. Revisits site and and enters reference number 
6. Option to move all items to cart 
7. Checks out and enters PO number 
8. PO number to match reference/order number 

I  really need this for a site that I hope to make live shortly
