hmmm ... anybody could take osC or any other similar licensed based license and turn around and sell the product.  This is in the "spirit" of GPL structure.

Now, if you don't provide the proper code credit or refuse to provide the original developer code that they have requested then that such person/company will be breaking the license and law.

It's really not that hard to figure out.  Open source is just a way to propogate code and still keep the original rights with the developer.


Now, of course, I'm not a lawyer nor pretend to be one.

Redhat and other *nix distros are free for download yet cost to buy the CD.  Apple too offers their base code for free download yet OSX costs money.

I just hope that not "too" many take advantage of osC.  However, the good news is that osC can never cost money either.  Unless, a totally new cart is developed without any existing osc code used.

So, let's all play fair!
