usps

i have done a extensive search o the issues of usps and the similar errors that are circulation through out the community. i have a couple of questions

has anyone seen or heard of the usps module working in a actual site.

whule using the usps do you have to be on a secure server or will it work on a non secure server. 

if there is anyone that would be able to get this to work i am willing to pay lets say $150.00 to anyone who would be able to show me that they can get this module working on my server this would be a good faith system as i beleive that money talks and bs walks and i do know when i am able to do soething and not able to and this mod has whooped on me badly so i will oay top dollar to the gentlemen who can get this working on my server.
