This message was sent from: Development http://forums.oscommerce.com/viewtopic.php?p=180472#180472 ---------------------------------------------------------------- ok i have figured what was wrong and i have fixed it and i am glad to post solution when i was encountered. 1) i did apply for the username and password and i didi recieve it. 2) i put the username and password into osc and i noticed that it must be in lower case not caps lock. 3) then i went to my country code and for united states i found the code to be 840. when i say my country code i mean when your in admin and the you click on my store and then you enter for zip you put your zip code where merch is being delivered from and then you put in your country code as i stated usa is 840 then i hit update and bammmm all done
