Admin doesn't show after cvs update today

Hi,

I did a CVS Update for catalog (not much) and admin (some conflicts with contribution code, but manually fixed) - my last was just a few days ago - and now the admin index.php appears but every deeper link will result in a long period of waiting and a "not found" in consequence. - If i reload the index.php this site is also not shown again until I clear the browsers cache completly (Opera7/IE5.5).

What have changed so seriously ? Anything with the session management ?

If I copy back the old admin everything works fine.

I am running php 4.1.1 on apache 1.3.22.
