RE: Way2Pay module

I added the agree to terms and privacy statement to my os Commerce modules. I see the problem now. However, I have some 2nd thoughts on where the modification should be made. 

It seems that both adaptions don't work with a payment module that redirects to another site (or as far as I can tell actually do something). They work fine with cashdelivery and cc, because these payment methods immediately show the 'thank you for your purchase page'. I will examine it more detailed later this week and try to think of a solution.

I wonder though why you are able to click on confirm order if you didn't check the agree to terms box. WHy not pop up a message as happens with the continue button if you didn't select a paymentmethod.

As i said i look further into it, but i have a feeling the terms adaptions need better handling also for more complex payment methods.
