In my case I modificate this Contrubution to let it work without a checkbox. So there is no check neccesary to continue. This because I want explicit that costumers "agree terms" before they actually made on order.

Did you have also a problem with the contrib; "Must Agree To Privacy-statement"  or did it work?? If not what error did you get?
