In general, when you have questions related to a contribution, it is best to post in the contributions area in the thread that already exists for that contribution. Further, you will tend to find that many of the common questions have already been asked, saving you the trouble of posting your own. (Especially on Easy Populate, it is a very widely used contribution.)
