Add Buying Item Section

I am currently running OSC 2.2, My site is a coin shop - www.cwcoins.com/catalog , I would like to be able to add a seperate section of coins I am looking to purchase. I would like to have the items in categories/subcategories like my items for sale, either it can just show the price I am paying, or possibly they can click the item and it can add to a list that gets emailed to me, prior to shipment. Any ideas???
