It's a viable option for US based stores (or stores selling primarily to the US) where the number of Paypal users is huge compared to elsewhere. But only offer it in conjunction with other method(s), http://www.2checkout.com/cgi-bin/aff.2c?affid=18157 is very cost effective to set up whilst your site is starting out. When it's the right time to upgrade, look at Worldpay or authorize.net etc.
