Can osC Do Subscriptions?

I would like to offer the ability for members of my e-commerce site to buy a subscription. When purchased they will then be able to access a range of products for free or discounted, where as non-subscribed members will still have to purchase. Ideally the original price would be shown but discounted accordingly to show that the product is a subscription benefit.

I would like to offer a range of subscription packages, each with their own range of included products that would automatically be discounted based on the purchased package.

Can osC do this? Has anyone done this with osC? Would it take much effort to achieve this?
