Clicking 'my account' returns a blank page - logged in or not.  Is the session not being handled correctly?  What do you think broke and how do I fix it?

Related to this problem, when I click the 'Detailed Invoice:' link, I get the same blank page.  

Viewing the source from the blank page returns:
