Authorize.net Consolidated v.1.0 for AIM

Seeing as how I just started my website with Authorize.net I was looking for a good package to do Authorize.net...and there were multiple ones out there.  I wanted to do the Advanced Integration method, because that seemed to be the smartest way to go, and I found the original by Bao Nguyen and the modified checkout_process, combined them, and edited some of the authorizenet_direct.php and authorizenet.php files.  

Specifically I added:
-Sort ID for displaying in checkout
-Removed the admin password and added transaction ID (the old version uses your admin password, not a very secure way to do it)
-Added functionality in the admin section to edit the above (no more delving into any code

You should be able to just extract this folder, hit install in the admin, add in your information, and be up and running.

I'll try to keep this package as updated as possible, and would definitely encourage anyone else to add features (there are a LOT of them in the manual Authorize.net gives).  Let me know if there are any bugs in what little I wrote ;).  Forgive me, it's my first package.
