Per-click advertising

Has anyone built something that will allow for advertisers to purchase advertising on a per/click basis.  

I saw 'Banner-ad-in-a-box V1.0' in the contributions but I am looking for something that allows the following:

- for advertisers to be able to sign-up online
- placing of the ads within the main sections not neccesarily on the nav or banner sections
- integrated with oscommerce cc engine.


Any products/module suggestions helpful even if they are not related to the osCommerce.
