Problem with uploading product pictures

Hello.  My site is now up and running, (thanks to all of you who made suggestions) but I still have one problem (small, I hope).  When I edit a product and attempt to upload a product picture from my hard drive to my site, and attempt to preview, oscomm. comes back with an error that the pictue did not load, error in line 808.??  I'll post the entire error message if anybody thinks they have an idea.  Any suggestions folks?
